In Clean & Kind Daycare, we have max. 5 dogs in a playgroup or on a walk.

Contact us with your inquiry and tell us more about your dog, and about days/frequency when you will be needing daycare. We will get back to you to confirm if your preferred daycare days are available. Following, we schedule an Introduction meeting to see if we are a good fit for each other. After your initial inquiry we will invite you and your dog to join a morning/afternoon walk with some pups from our group and we will get to know each other. If all is successful, we can book the first day in a daycare, that serves also as a trial day. The introduction meeting is free of charge.

To ensure wellbeing of your dog as well as all the dogs in a group, we need to see how your pup behaves without you around. During the trial day, we determine if they are comfortable in our open play environment. Trial days are charged at the normal daycare rate.

During working weekdays a day in a daycare costs 95,-chf. In case you are considering regular bookings, you can benefit from our Subscription plan - *Amazing ABO* and get a daycare from 70,-chf/day. Please check our pricing at Daycare (https://cleanandkind.ch/daycare#prices-daycare)

We agree on and guarantee a regular spot on weekday/s of your choice.  You pay a discount subscription fee 70,-/day x the number of days you choose monthly. In addition, we offer you 20% off on grooming services and events. Regardless of number of weeks in given month, you always pay for 4 weeks only (per year 12x 4 weeks-48 weeks a year – this is due to our 4 weeks of holidays). The minimum subscription period is 3 months. If the subscription is cancelled before the minimum period has elapsed, the difference between the subscription rate and the standard non-subscription daily rate will be charged additionally.

The subscription is effective only on working days (the daycare is closed on public holidays).

Same as with any other subscriptions - for a gym, streaming services or software - refunds of unused services are not possible. With our daycare subscription you pay a fair price for guaranteed availability on a given working day. For this reason, it is not possible to refund/pause your service when you go on holiday, or if you do not use your daycare day. Same applies when a female dog in a heat cannot attend daycare.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call or email us to let us know. Please note, due to high demand and the limited spots for our furry guests, we implement the following cancellation policy. This opens up spots for dogs that need care who might have otherwise been turned away on a busy day. Drop – off is at our daycare between 07.45 - 08.10 in the morning. Pick up is also from the Daycare between 17.45 – 18.10

Puppies must be at least 12 weeks old and must have completed the necessary vaccinations.

Your dog needs to be current on their vaccinations against Rabies and Leptospirosis, as well as Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, and Bordatella. The dog must also be regularly and effectively dewormed and flea-free.

After you drop off your dog in the morning, they are ready for their first walk adventure! Please make sure you feed them breakfast in the morning so they can enjoy their time outdoors. We are happy to keep your pup’s regular meal schedule, so in case they require lunch/afternoon meal, please bring their lunch with you in the morning.

Yes, if your dog require regular medication, please bring these in the morning. Add detailed information regarding how you administer all medications and contact information to your regular vet.
