Doggie Daycare
Grooming
We keep our playgroups small — a maximum of 5 dogs per group, whether at the daycare or out on walks.
Get in touch with us and tell us a bit about your dog — including which days, and how often, you'd need daycare. We'll get back to you to confirm whether your preferred days are available. From there, we'll arrange an Introduction walk so we can all get to know each other. If everything goes well, we'll book your dog's first day with us, which also serves as a trial day.
Contact form - daycare
After your initial inquiry, we'll invite you and your dog to join a morning or afternoon walk with some pups from our playgroup, so we can all get to know each other. This introduction walk is free of charge.
If everything goes well, we can then book your dog's first day at our daycare, which also serves as a trial day.
To ensure your dog's wellbeing — and that of all the dogs in our playgroup — we need to see how your pup behaves on their own. During the trial day, we'll get a sense of how comfortable they feel in our open playgroup. Trial days are charged at our normal daycare rate.
A standard weekday at our daycare costs CHF 95. If you're considering regular bookings, our Subscription — *Amazing ABO* — brings the rate down to CHF 70/day.
You'll find full pricing on our Daycare page.
We agree on and guarantee a regular spot on the weekday(s) of your choice. You pay a discounted subscription fee of CHF 70 per day, multiplied by the number of days you book each month. In addition, you get 20% off grooming services and events.
Regardless of the number of weeks in a given month, you only ever pay for 4 weeks (12 months × 4 weeks = 48 weeks per year — we close for 4 weeks of holidays).
You'll find detailed information in our T&Cs or a quick overview on our Daycare page.
The minimum subscription period is 3 months. If you cancel before the 3 months are up, we'll charge the difference between the subscription rate and our standard daily rate for the days you've already used.
Your subscription only covers regular weekdays — our daycare is closed on public holidays.
Just like with a gym membership, a streaming service, or any other subscription, we can't refund unused days. With our daycare subscription, you're paying for a guaranteed spot on a specific weekday — that guarantee is what you're securing, regardless of whether you use the day.
For the same reason, we can't pause or refund days missed due to holidays, illness, or a female dog being in heat.
If you need to cancel, just call or email us to let us know. Because daycare spots are limited and demand is high, we apply a cancellation policy — this lets us free up the spot for another dog who might otherwise be turned away on a busy day.
You'll find the full cancellation terms in our T&C .
Drop-off is at our daycare between 07:45 and 08:10 in the morning. Pick-up is from the same location, between 17:45 and 18:10.
Puppies are welcome from 12 weeks old, once they've completed their core vaccinations.
Your dog needs to be up to date on the legally required vaccinations (rabies and leptospirosis), as well as on the standard combination vaccines covering distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and bordetella.
Once you drop your dog off in the morning, they're ready for their first walk adventure! Please feed them breakfast before drop-off, so they can fully enjoy their time outdoors.
We're happy to follow your pup's regular meal schedule — if they need lunch or an afternoon meal, just send their food along in the morning.
Yes, of course. If your dog needs regular medication, please bring it along in the morning, together with clear instructions on how to administer it and the contact details of your regular vet.
